Frequently asked

When are statutory accounts due?+

For private companies, 9 months after year-end at Companies House and 12 months for Corporation Tax. We aim to file well inside that window.

Do you handle PAYE and CIS together?+

Yes. CIS returns, monthly statements and reconciliation of CIS suffered are included where relevant.

How does auto-enrolment work?+

We assess your workforce, register the scheme with The Pensions Regulator, set contribution levels and run monthly contribution submissions through payroll.

Can you advise on the right VAT scheme?+

Yes. Flat Rate, Cash Accounting and Annual Accounting all have pros and cons depending on your margin, customer mix and cash position. We model the choice.
