The data we collect about you

Personal data means any information from which you can be identified. It does not include data where your identity has been removed (anonymous data). We collect the personal data you choose to give us when you get in touch with us and, only if you accept analytics cookies, information about how you use this website. This may include:

• Identity Data - your name and, where relevant, your business name.
• Contact Data - your email address, telephone number and postal address.
• Technical Data - basic information such as your IP address and browser type.
• Usage Data - if you accept analytics cookies, how you use this website, such as the pages you visit, how you arrived and the type of device you use, collected through Google Analytics.

We do not collect any special categories of personal data about you (such as data about your race or ethnicity, health, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation or political opinions), and we do not collect any information about criminal convictions or offences.

We collect personal data directly from you when you email, call or message us (including by WhatsApp), or otherwise correspond with us. If you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner, we also collect Usage Data through Google Analytics; if you choose essential cookies only, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only limited, cookieless signals that do not identify you. How we use your personal data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data:

• to respond to your enquiry and to discuss or provide the accounting services you have asked us about;
• to understand how our website is used so that we can improve it, if you have accepted analytics cookies;
• where it is necessary for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business; and
