Bring us your business ideas and we will help you make them a reality.
Most people starting up in business do so because they have a good business proposition and the enterprise and commitment to see it through.
Most however are not experts in the legal and financial aspects of running a business and such matters can appear daunting. Fortunately you do not need to be an expert in these fields to succeed in business, but you do need the support of a team of trained experts.

Frequently asked
I have a business idea but I am not sure if I should be a sole trader or a limited company. Can you help me decide?+
Yes — that is the first conversation. We model both options against your expected income, drawings, future plans, and risk profile, and walk through the trade-offs in plain English.
How long does it take to incorporate?+
Companies House registration is usually same-day. PAYE, VAT and Corporation Tax registrations take 1–3 weeks. We handle the full set.
Do you offer a "first 12 months" package?+
Yes — a fixed-fee package covering company setup, bookkeeping software, payroll for up to 3 staff, the first set of statutory accounts and the first CT600. Quoted upfront.
Can you help me open a business bank account?+
We provide introductions to high-street and challenger banks and can support the application. Account decisions remain with the bank.
What software do you recommend?+
Xero for most owner-managed businesses; QuickBooks for clients already on it; FreeAgent for sole traders and contractors. We are certified partners across all three.
